Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed or disabled by mistake, you may submit a counter-notification.
After receiving a valid counter-notification, we may forward it to the original complainant and,
when appropriate, restore the material in accordance with the DMCA process.

What to Include in a Counter-Notification

  • Your full name and contact information.
  • The URL(s) of the material that was removed or disabled and where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court in your location (or where applicable) and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
  • Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is acceptable).

Repeat Infringer Policy

We take repeated copyright violations seriously. In appropriate circumstances, we may limit access to the site or
